I ordered an Bell and Ross wrist watch from them which did eventually come, but the watch bands did not fit. I brought this to their attention through their customer service department which replied that they do not sell individual watch bands. I called them directly, speaking to "Sal" where he asked if I would send them an image with a measuring device included as a reference. They replied that they are forwarding the image to their supplier. I had to call them again, since no action was taken, only to have them tell me that I was out of luck. I did ask them; "If you paid this much for a watch, wouldn't you expect that the watch would fit your hand?" They agreed but again said I was out of luck.
Very easy web navigation and great selection. All i would add is some search options such as dial color and bezel size in mm. And maybe a picture of what the watch looks like on a male and female wrist based on gender of watch.

All was fine until my order arrived to the country of destination (Bulgaria) where UPS does not have an official office but use a local sub contractor named "In Time" where nothing was on time ! It took them about 10 days to calculate due customs and VAT, something that usually takes me a day when receiving goods from the USA via DHL.

I've purchased Breitling Avenger Hurricane for $4900. The watch was advertised as new and authentic. I came without manufacture warranty AND without authenticity card. I tried to register my new watch on Breitling with model number and serial number - got rejected with "we can not find this watch in our system"! How possibly it can be authentic than?!? So I fund a DEFECT in them right away - the chronograph was not working properly. I made a recording, showing the problem and provided it to the WatchMaxx. They accepted return and provided me with a return label. Based on the UPS tracking WatchMaxx received my return on May 06. Sing then I beaing calling EVERY DAY - requesting my money back. Every day I am receiving different excuses and as of today, May 19 I did not received the refund!

I tried to buy a Breitling Emergency, a 13,000 plus watch. I guess this is a minuscule purchase as I can’t get information about when the watch will be shipped. I suppose it’s because this company doesn’t really have the watch, but once I pay, they will search for one. With no solid information on when I will receive the watch, I’ll go elsewhere. My advice is make sure the watch you want is in stock before concluding your purchase. Customer service is severely lacking

Very pleased with the purchasing experience. I was a little nervous purchasing from WM because the retail price was well below price of authorized retailers. The watch arrived brand new in box with all the accessories and materials. Therefore I am very satisfied! I was also impressed that next day shipping was only $25!
This was my second purchase with Watchmaxx and i am very happy with the products and the service.
Delivery by UPS was problematic. Had to wait for delivery due to signature requirement. UPS did not ring the doorbell upon delivery.
I had a great experience using Watchmaxx! They had the exact watch I wanted at a fantastic price. The advertised shipping time was 1-2 weeks, but when I spoke to customer service about the need to get this quicker, they worked with their distributor to get this shipped and delivered to me within a week! Watches sold by WatchMaxx are authentic and come from the brand
Once ordered, you receive box and papers with the watch... except the manufacturer warranty but a 2 years WatchMaxx warranty which replaces the one from the manufacturer
I am a watch collector: Jaeger Lecoultre, Rolex, Zenith, Blancpain, IWC, Chopard, Panerai, Hublot, Tag Heuer... I well know the models I buy
